One card per bay. Turn the offer on, set the price, and load how many kits are in the machine. Each kit a customer buys counts down “spots left”; at zero the kiosk hides the offer and shows “vending out.” Changes sync to the kiosk on its next check-in.

One card per bay. Shows an estimate of the coins taken in since the last time you emptied that bay's box — so before you open the box you know roughly what should be inside. When you empty it, click Record cash drop, confirm the amount you actually counted, and the running total resets. Tap any past drop to see who did it, when, and how it compared. (Once a bay is updated to record coin types, a coin-by-coin breakdown — toonies/loonies/quarters/tokens — appears here, and the total becomes exact.)

Members who signed up at a bay. Every 10th wash is free (the average of their last 9). Rows highlighted gold are due a free wash. Click a member to see their visit history.

Recurring wash-plan members — monthly recurring revenue, entitlement balances (self-serve washes & vacuum credits left this month), and billing activity. Click a member for their history.

Card customers who've come back (2+ visits). Identified by card type + the visible digits of the card — a strong signal, not a certainty (cards can share those digits). Cash customers aren't tracked. No full card numbers are ever stored.

Edit a bay's display name and location — these sync to the kiosk on its next check-in.

Your locations (grouped from the bays above) and the logins that can see the dashboard. Assign a login to a location to make them a site owner — they'll see and manage only that location. Leave a login on “All locations (master)” for full access. To add a brand-new login, create it in Supabase → Authentication → Users, then set its location here.
